Vamrak Holiday Village
Vamrak, Hoyanger Kommune, Norway
The work has been carried out according to the Reguleringsplan for gnr. 14 bnr. log 6 m fl. Hoyanger commune, Vamrak and to the client’s brief.
The holiday village project consists of 8 phases.
PHASE 1 will be the development of the existing white house as the reception area and office of the village, and the conversion of the existing red house to a bed and breakfast.
PHASE 2 will be the development of the pier area with guesthouses and future spa houses.
PHASE 3 will be the development of container vans as apartment units.
PHASE 4 will be developed with detached rent-able villas
PHASE 5 will have detached private villas.
PHASE 6 AND 7 will be the modification of the Rorbuers (fishermen’s cottages) and existing houses.
PHASE 8 will be the development of the camper area, where camper vans can park and enjoy the village.
