We’ve worked to transform a once unkempt unit of a condominium to a fully-renovated and industrial chic transient unit with the lowest possible cost as per the Client’s requirements:  bright and clean-looking, cozy but vivacious, stylish and travel-themed.

Half of the thick wall that was once used to separate the bedroom from the living room area was demolished and replaced with a glass wall.  This gave the unit a significant makeover from its previous stuffy and stifling appearance by creating an airy appeal.

All furniture pieces were customized to maximize the occupancy of the unit without losing its intimate feel.
