We’ve managed to squeeze in to this challenging 130sqm corner lot all the spaces the family wants and needs, be it an office, entertainment area, a gym, or a pool! Yes, you’ve read it right, a pool!

As the Philippine Arena and a beautiful sunset is within the view, the client requested to have all the relaxation areas without an obstruction. Our solution was to maximize all the given areas and no wasted space. The roof deck got multi levels with the pool pump room under the pool deck whilst giving access to the sunken “tambayan” the place where people hangout.
