S HOUSE

Often seen as two houses by those who pass by the on-going construction, the S HOUSE maximizes the lot footprint, plot orientation and wind direction, thus forming two unique separate volume characters. The house has an expansive building volume but still gives an intimate feel.
The design has a clean open layout, making the indoors filled with natural light and fresh air. A minimalist central courtyard becomes a center focus. The central courtyard connects the recreational and public zones and allow natural light to be captured absorbed and bounced throughout the house.
