Aviseller Center is a residential-commercial building proposed to be built in Baler, Aurora. It will house a coffee shop that will double as a co-working space, a first in Baler. It will be a hub for media and photography with amenities such as top of the line computers, high-speed internet connection, printers and a photo studio which can be used as a function/conference room. The customers and residents can enjoy their coffee either inside the shop or by the pool!
